Catching Fish With Rocket Fishing Rod In Creek Challenge!?!

This challenge was TOUGH! The goal was to catch a fish with the rocket fishing rod in a creek. Not only was it a challenge to catch a fish, it was more of a challenge to catch a fish in a dried up creek in the midst of a massive cold front. Air and water temperatures majorly dropped, causing the fish to be very lethargic. Regardless, this was a great challenge, probably one of my more tougher ones to do.

Where: Small creek that feeds into the Tennessee River
Time: 12:00pm – 3:00pm
Water Temperature: Approx. 55°
Current Level: Very slow current
Bait: Canadian Nightcrawlers
Tackle: Rocket fishing rod spooled with 8 lb monofilament line with a #4 jig head hook
Method: Fishing in a creek
